Mental Health Education

We know many people would like to understand mental health better. 1 in 4 of the population have a mental health problem at some time in their lives, so everyone who works with members of the public needs to understand the needs of people with mental health conditions.

Our training sessions are practical and real: our training includes personal testimonies of people who have been through mental illness or who have cared for people experiencing difficulties with their mental health.

We believe that raising awareness about mental health is a vital step towards reducing the stigma that surrounds it. By creating an atmosphere within our training courses that allows exploration of ideas and issues, we aim to enable people to feel more comfortable and confident to talk about mental health and respond in helpful ways when problems arise.

Our courses are run with a flexible approach and can be adapted to meet individual requirements and training needs. There is also the option of having a bespoke course designed for specific needs and organisations.
